Jo, Kelley and Nikki recognised a gap in the Northland market and Dishes was created in July 2007.

Jo Slatter has a background in catering and is one of the main organisers of the Great Taste Food Show held annually in Whangarei.

Kelley and Nikki Fleming are sisters and both bring customer service backgrounds to the business. They are passionate about providing a personalised service to each client, helping to create your next ‘do’.

Their belief is that if you are having decadently delicious platters, exquisite canapés and luscious dinners then these need to be showcased on fabulous dinnerware.
